Hi! This is the first time my spider plant has put out these baby plants. When’s a good time to remove and propagate them?

wait for the leaves to steadily become 3 inches long, and aerial roots begin to form at the base of the pup. it can take months but that's what gives people the most success when separating them.

I would wait until there’s little root nubs on the bottom of each spiderette. Then cut the whole string off and take each baby off. I would start them in water (this just works best for me) and wait until there’s roots are a few inches long, like 3 inches. After that, move them to soil. I usually group them as 3/4 per pot.
