Hi, first time propagation question! I’m propagating two baby rubber plant stem cuttings from the same mother plant. I started both at the same time. They’re in separate glass jars but sit next to each other and receive the same amount of light and water. It’s been 3 weeks now and only one of the cuttings is growing roots. Is this normal / is there anything I can do to help the other one out? Thanks so much 💚

agree, second one is rotting. chop and let callous overnight. always check the callous, if it's not completely crispy it's not dry enough. then put it back in the water with a splash of 3% hydrogen peroxide to help keep the algae away
