The first two pictures are from when I first got this clipping. The second two pictures are the clipping now. I know this needs to sit in water for a little bit longer to get stronger. What are my next steps and what do I look for to pot it? What should I look for when it comes to time to pot it?

Usually people wait for secondary roots, but I mostly look for strong root structures

It has been in the water a long time so I’m wondering why no roots have sprouted! How long would that usually take? Any suggestions for what to plant it in?

How long? It’s ok if it’s not exact

You can add rooted pothos cutting to the vase the cutting is in and the growth hormone that is produced by the pothos will help it grow roots faster. I agree that I usually wait for secondary roots. They will also be water roots so the transition to soil might be slower as well, but that is normal. Just make sure it is fed! (Any fertilizer)

Should I be adding fertilizer to the water because I’ve been adding peroxide to distilled water. I’m so new to plants.

Distilled water is perfect and correct. You can get a liquid fertilizer that will go strait in the water no problem! It shouldn’t react to the peroxide but you can always google! Some of my philodendron took a long time to root in water. As long as they aren’t getting mushy or the stem turning black you’re doing great! It just takes patience ❤️
