Hi everyone I’m new here and new to the propagating world. I just cut a few bits of my golden pothos and I don’t know if I need to let it scab over or if I can put it straight into water. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!!

I usually let mine sit for a hour or 2 before putting into water :) You don’t HAVE to with a pothos, but its a good idea with any cut prop to let it callous a bit.

I put mine straight into water. The important part is to remember to change the water at least once a week. I change water twice a week and seem to have better luck getting them to root faster

I tried a root growth hormone and planted. It was wilted in a week. So now I am trying in water. What’s the secret?
