Do you guys think I can prop this? I had to cut it off of the main plant at the end. (it’s the cutting that’s on my desk) The other cutting sprouted a few days ago!! Should I plant it yet or let it grow?

Your first photo won’t because it’s got no root nodes (that I can see) your second photo which has sprouted will develop into its own plant
