Good morning! I propagating several leaves last summer from a monstera monkey mask. They were great in water and fine for months after transplanting to tropical mix soil and I got orchid plants to make sure there was plenty of drainage. I am constantly living off the yellowing leaves and Browning new growth ??? What am I doing wrong?

Liking this because I have the same problem. My monkey mask leaves are really crisping up right now no matter what I do - both the one in water and the one in dirt. I added a humidifier to no avail… Sorry, I’m no help to you, but empathetic.

Might be thrips. Hopefully it’s not, but my monstera Adansonii looked the same last year
