SEEKING SUPPORT! ALL TIPS AND TRICKS WELCOME! πŸ™πŸ½πŸͺ΄πŸͺ΄πŸͺ΄ So this year was my first year growing amaryllis bulbs and they were absolutely gorgeous! πŸ₯°πŸ₯° After doing some research found that after they were finished blooming I should let them stay in the pot for about 5 weeks to soak up energy from the sun and strengthen the bulb before I force them into dormancy. After 5 weeks of sun to remove them from the pot, cut back the leaves and roots. And place in a paper bag and put them in the fridge for another 5-8 week rest period. πŸ˜³πŸ€” My goal is to get a flush of flowers in the summer and then again in winter (if I time it right.) πŸ˜‚πŸ˜ Is anyone familiar with this process? I am open to any suggestions, tips or tricks. 😬
