make sure roots are at least 2-3 inches long, water once they're settled in the pot so the soil settles around the roots and your plant doesn't fall out 😂 i've done that too many times. they're going to shock a little bit, it's natural. they'll bounce back in a few weeks. don't fertilize until they fully recover. for that third pic, i'd wait longer for another leaf, because that fully white "ghost" leaf is actually not producing energy for the plant. you want some green on them so they can sustain themselves. if you potted right now, it would probably die.

2 likesif that plant produces another ghost leaf, you might have to chop them both off and hope it gets the message. i've had to do that to my manjula pothos. it kept producing nearly pure-white leaves and the whole thing started dying, so i had to trim all of it back

2 likesIve also found that new cutting need more water than the mother plants at first, it helps them as they transition to soil!
