What do you do? Conflicting info on jade propagation. Planta is telling me to not allow cuttings in soil to dry out. The internet says to allow them to dry out between watering. Stella says either way they are going on the floor.

I personally would let it dry out but just try not to underwater. Much like succulents they don’t need to constantly be wet.

1 likeI have propped several from this ol girl i just replanted. Once i let them callous and drop into soil, I leave them be- dont water for a week or 2 to let the roots establish and start to "search" for water. These guys are very drought tolerant even as new cuttings. Then i give them a good soak and leave them be for weeks so they dry out inbetween. Has always worked great for me. All props grew like crazy just like their mom. Happy propping- good luck🥰
