Could someone help me identify the long one and let me know how to properly propagate these succulents? Thank you :)

Not sure about the identification part, but my succulents have done well when I just put them straight into dirt.

I read that also. Let them lay out a couple of days to scan over first. If you propagate in water they might have a harder time adjusting to soil

The long one looks like an elephant bush to me

I agree, elephant bush (Portulacaria Afra). I'm successful in water propagation until I see (water) roots. Then once roots are an inch or more, I transplant to soil, keeping it moist for a week, and then slowly acclimate it to getting dry to fully dry on between watering. Everytime I do straight to soil prop, they die on me 😮‍💨

Here’s my elephant bush for reference. Pretty durable plant

I always do water props but I just like watching the roots grow. Jade plants are survivors they’d be just fine tossing them in soil

I actually think the one on the left looks like a lipstick plant. Not sure the specifics of propogating it, but it's not a succulent so I'd probably put it in water to grow roots.

there is a lipstick plant with curly leaves kind of similar to this, but those leaves are thinner and and don’t have a thick stem. this is an elephant bush (:
