This Monstera was given to me in water. I planted it in soil about a month ago. The roots were very well developed. I can’t tell if there’s a node or if this is a zombie leaf. Thoughts?

Roots wouldn’t be able to develop if there wasn’t a node for them to grow from. Is your concern that it’s not growing fast enough? I’ve never propagated a monstera deliciosa, but when I got my albo top cutting, I kept it in water until its roots were well established and it still took months before it developed its first new leaf. My albo is still the slowest of all my monsteras but coming along nicely. Hopefully yours will start sending out new leaves soon!
2 likesI just went through my timeline - I had this one in water from July 2024, potted it in September 2024 and it finally gave us its first new leaf two months later ☺️
