Took some spiderettes from my gym’s spider plant (with permission of course). The mother plant isn’t in best condition.. under watered and burned in some places. Do we think these babies will make it? Didn’t soak the soil, but misted. Any advice?

I find spiderlings respond really well to water propagation. Once they have roots around 1 to 2 inches I’ll move them to soil. Good luck!

I took a few more babies and tried water instead of soil.. I love being able to see the roots grow. I have a feeling these are much healthier than my die propos. Thanks for the tip!!

Oh they’ll make it. Spider plants and crab grass are like cockroaches, nothing can take them out! 🤘🏻
