Went on vacation and I came back to this pothos cutting’s THIRD baby leaf. No clue why it’s not pushing out roots instead, or when I should pot it.

AnyaPot it when it has secondary roots, meaning there are roots coming off of the roots! To be safe, I always wait until the roots are well developed because transitioning from water to soil can be difficult. Such beautiful variegation and adorable bebe leaves 🫶🫶
