I just got a Jacklyn alocasia and went to repot it and found this. Is it a corm? The ones I've found before usually have the brown outside and this doesn't but figured I'd ask if anyone knew what is it

Yes, it’s just a young corm. They start this way and if on longer, develop that outer shell.

You can prop it in moss and it’ll grow another plant. Pointy side up. Did you only find one? You prob missed a few in the soil.

I found a few in my Jacklyn and i put them in a bottle cap of water and covered it with a glass jar for humidity, so far 2/4 are sprouting so maybe that’s something you can try! Shes young but its worth a shot :)

How long between the prop and the sprout? I have 5 and none have sprouted under grow light and warm room... going onto 3rd week. I'm about to give up!
