Hi Fam. does anyone know what this white stuff is on my fiddle leaf prop? It’s def not a root.

    Was your prop in perlite?

    Mine had a ton of those, and they didn’t seem to do any harm

    If it’s not squishy and doesn’t come off easily, I think it could be a root. The start of one at least like in Richelle’s photo above

    I had this as well, but most of them ended up with roots coming from the area. It doesn’t hurt it but I did try really hard not to knock it off.
