I accidentally left my Swedish ivy outside in the cold and it’s not looking good. Any advice on how to save it? There are a few bright green leaves underneath near the soil. Should I cut away the withered leaves and stems or give them a chance to perk up?

I recently moved to a new town, and it seems that putting my plant in the car with me was too cold, because after I set it up in its new home it lost all its leaves and theses weird soft ridges started appearing on its bark. I’m not sure if it’s going to recover and would take any advice to bring it back to good health. Attached is a before and after picture

Golden torch journey: Originally bought may 23’ & planted on the side of our house. These cacti grow fast! Our torch grew to around 3 ft but unfortunately a huge storm came through and snapped the top off. Unsure of what to do I left it as the broken base began to rot. I let the top half that snapped off callus and then potted. The two broken pieces began to sprout. Finally big enough, I just cut them off & will let them callous. That is how you get three cacti from one 🌵 * I was amazed how long the roots were

We're recovering together. Just lost 2 leaves to spider mites and with enough Castile and mist and quarantine the mites are gone and he can finally go back to all his friends on top of my drawers. All my rubber trees, flfs and ginsengs got hit pretty hard, along with my bamboo. But now they're all gone! The fiddle leaves were hit the hardest and if this happens to you quarantine and gloves are the most important part so it doesn't spread to other plants!

I just repotted my evergreen (about 2 inches larger than the previous pot) and it’s starting to droop . It’s been about a week since she was moved but she looked really full and lush the first day of the repot, and now she looks kind of sad and her leaves are curling over. The photo is from the repot - I’ve been shifting her a bit each time I water to help her get fuller all the way around, so this is her slightly thinner side.

I could use a little bit of advice. Here are my beloved philos. They seem to be healthy except for the leaves dropping straight down. I can not tell if it’s a watering issue. Tips on getting them to look a little better? Yes I realize terracotta pots probably weren’t the best choice. That’s what I’ve got until I can get something different.

Mayday! Some spider plant babies I adopted! I put them in soil and water them 2 ish times a week but they look so unhealthy and dry. In fact, looking at past pictures which I attached, it seems they’re getting worse! I just read that the babies need to be propagated in water- which I did not do. It’s been a few weeks now… is it too late to pull them out and stick them in water? What are my chances here, need proof of life!

What’s wrong? Why doesn’t he keep leaves/grow thick? Does he need more humidity? What? He’s been in this pot since before winter. (I don’t usually let him dry out this much but I do sometimes forget about him and I thought I’d take a picture before watering to show an idea of the root size vs pot). Edit to add plant so you can see before and after winter.

I don’t know what to say or do anymore… just please help. Any feedback is appreciated. Some reference- these were cuttings from a not so happy mother…I assume the plant was in a weird spot because half died and the other half become very long as if reaching for sun. Anyways- I propagated and brought him home with me! he was originally all green but just odd shaped. (See in his profile) I had had him about 2 months and I never saw Much growth just kind of maintaining health but not thriving. I left town over spring break (a full week) and couldn’t find anyone to take care of him. I came back to the plant you see, yikes! I repotted due to my concern with hydrophobic soil as I assumed he was dehydrated? In addition to this I thought the original pot looked a bit tight so I upgraded a bit. Now we’re just in this lull, hoping he can bounce back.

My jade plant’s leaves are starting to turn yellow on the ends - any advice? I’ve had it since December, and repotted it probably 2 months ago from the nursery pot.

When I obtained this Dracaena it had a lot of brown leaves and some leaves had brown spots on them. I cut off all the brown leaves and even some of the leaves that had spots on them but the plant just had too many brown spots it didn't say right with me. I didn't decided to cut down the whole plant and start from the base of the plant getting rid of the soil that it was in including the pot. A placed The stump including the roots and water until I can get fresh soil and a new pot for it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on what is happening to my bird nest fern? The tip of the leaves are turning a cream/ brown color. Do I need to trim them off? Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone!! I recently purchased 3 plants from a friend - a monstera, a golden pothos, and a rubber plant. The plants are currently in an okay shape, however I realized that none of the pots have any kind of drainage for water. I really want to repot them right now, but I know that the time of the year is not right for that. Any advice on this?

Is it possible to encourage new leaves where they fallen off? This Petra just keeps growing taller with new growth from the top but the older lower leaves eventually fall, with the exception of the two. I think it’s probably time to repot as well…

Can anyone help🙏Can anyone tell me if this is a sign of root rotting? I looked at the base of my money tree and this is the condition it is in, I can’t tell if it’s good or not. No electric tape or rubber band found. A couple leaves are yellowing. Not sure what that means also. Any tips help

I have drowned my Begonia Rex ‘Escargot’🙁 I watered it, watered the rest of my plants and yesterday found it looking like this and standing in water! Obviously, I missed going back and emptying the excess water. It was doing great before this happened. It is in original nursery soil and 4” pot. I have put thickly folded paper towels beneath it to wick extra water out and changed them out several times. What else should I do? Is she goner? Should I remove from the pot to dry out, and if so, what do I do from that point?
