Should I be worried? New to me, had her for about a week now, she is perking up since I got her. But I notice the tips of 2 leaves are brown. Should I clip the brown off? Also one of the leaves must of been under the soil a bit, and that one is limp and browning. I uncovered it. I must, im trying really hard not to over watered my babies (all 11) and I just dont know know about this one (Rozy the inchplant)
Hello! I am trying to diagnose and revive some leaves after a significant pruning on my white bird of paradise plant. The window it sits in faces SW and gets plenty of sun. The single leaf on one cluster is getting wrinkly on the side facing away from the window, and one of the leaves on the other cluster with three leaves is browning on the edge and closest to the stem. Pictures attached. What do I need to do to reverse this trend? Thanks in advance for any advice!
Dang. Totally abandoned the old body and is growing from scratch. So excited to see this new iteration develop. I'm planning to prune back the remaining stems today perhaps. At least they like the soil now haha
I have been having a terrible time with my hibiscus this year, the blooms shrivel up and dry out before they flower. Is anybody having this problem or am I doing something wrong?
I have been given this Peace Lily to try and revive after it had be left sitting in water. I made the mistake of trying to squeeze the water out of it and the top came away from the main roots. It has been looking like this for 2 months! The one remaining leaf is healthy but nothing else is happening - any suggestions gratefully received 🤞🏼
Hi all. Looking for some advice. I have a fairly young spider plant that is growing well and seems fairly healthy. However, I've noticed a few leaves are turning an orange/red colour. I can't see any signs of pests. It sits next to a north west facing window and is getting lots of indirect light at the moment. I water once the soil has dried out. The orange doesn't come off and the leaves seem otherwise healthy. Is thos caused by light or watering issues, and should I remove those leaves? Can't find answers online.
Why is my monstera thai doing this? I just watered it a like 3 days ago and its drying out a little but its still moist enough definitely. Please help
I hope this is the right room to share in, an orchid I bought was quite dehydrated, but it looks like 15 days later I’ve had some luck rehydrating the plant and the leaves are looking a bit better ✨🌿✨
anyone know why this is happening to my peperomia hope? the new leaf is huge but its super curly(?). it is pretty close to a grow light as pictured but it has been pushing out more growth since i put it close. any advice appreciated! thank you
what is going on with my lemon lime maranta? it is pushing 2 new leaves but i just saw this today on one of the smaller leaves. did i overwater?

Hi! Does anyone know how I can improve the health and growth of my heart leaf shaped philodendron? It has been in the same taracotta pot for the last couple years(I spray painted it). It seems to be growing all towards one side regardless of how I have it facing the sun. I noticed the baby leaves coming in are yellow and will sometimes be droopy or just fall off. I used to water it with a watering can from the top, however for the last couple years I’ve been bottom watering in the sink. I’m looking for advice on what type of containers I should repot it in, what soil to use, and how to avoid growth on only one side. Please give me any advice about how to make my plant thrive! Also, if you have any tips and tricks on how to cut them and propagate to create more plants, I’ve not been successful in that so far.
I bought this pretty lady from the discount table at the nursery but her brown crispy leaves have worsened since she got home. I plan to repot her but HELP! Why is she so crispy and brown. My hope was for her to live in the sun on my balcony. She is a Brazilian jasmine.
I accidentally over watered this Caladium a few days ago and she hasn’t been doing so well. I try to put her outside when it’s sunny. Would love any tips to save her life🙏
I got this verbena on Sunday and did not repot, it was very hot this week and I did water it but we had some wild rain too and it’s soaked and Planta is saying it’s not healthy because it’s underwatered. Should I repot now or wait and do I really give it more water, it is soaked right through… Thanks
A couple months ago my large aloe Vera grew a little aloe Vera next to it so I moved it into this little pot. It hasn’t really grown at all, the app told me it just needed more sun but I’m thinking maybe I should repot it? Thoughts?

Hi! I’m new to the plant world and need help ASAP 😭 For info I’m a cat mom who has cats that like to munch on plants. I live in a 500-600 square foot studio so I can’t separate them from Cashidy. Cashidy is a money tree that I just got on Tuesday and my cats munched away while I was at work on Wednesday and Tuesday night. I’ve read that money trees are indoor plants so I’ve been hesitant on putting her outside. Point being, how do I help her back to being healthy and happy with my plant eating cats around? Those are before and after pictures.
