PLANT UPDATE! I put them all in their little planters and I checked the roots and I don’t know, there roots arnt strong but the one of the succulent seems to be the stoner one of the group. Any help and suggestions would do!!

Plant accident!!! My hanging plant fell today which has never happened before, and unfortunately when it landed the stem broke very close to the top of the vine. I am terrified! I don't want it to die, I propogated it over a year ago and its one of my favorites. Should I cut it and try to propogate the long stem again? Or should I leave it and hope it heals? Help!!

Meet Author. He's such a handsome Philodendron silver sword!! I feel like the world's worst plant mom! Here's another one in the recovery room. I transplanted him on November 24th. He was perfect! Happy, and healthy, and thriving! Just a little too big for his pot. So all I did was transplant him into a new home. I understand that they go through shock. This is 10 Days Later. He's dying from the root up. Any input is welcome. I've moved him to my recovery room. But now he has pests and I don't want them spreading (I have all of my propagations in there as well) so I'm keeping him isolated now. Should I just try to propagate and throw the rest away? Is he a gonner?

One of my crotons completely lost all leaves and its babies:( I cut the dead off, but what’s left of it still good? It started acting weird as soon as I put it in one of these self watering plastic pots.. Also, it has mold all in the soil.. Will NOT buy those again, ceramic/terracotta pots is the best!!!

Zone 8b/9a This little Ivy has struggled since the day I met her. She was thriving for a minute but seems to have took a turn since I brought her in. Think I should trim her back? Does this browning look like not enough water or a bacteria?

Please help! I repotted this beauty about 3mo after I brought her home. I potted her in a lovely orchard mix and placed her back in a bright, non-direct sun spot, where she's been loving life! She went from this to this! In less than a week!!! What do I do!?!? Is she a gonner?!?

Okay I’ve had this polka dot plant for like 3 months now and she was great at first and I’m not going to lie I’ve been a bit neglectful since I’ve gotten a kitten but anyways, she started to grow individual vines that went straight up into the air to the point where they couldn’t stand straight up and her roots were sticking up out of the soil, but I have no idea what to do now, she has new growth coming out of the old vines so maybe there’s still hope? Can anyone help me start over?

Can anyone tell me how to get my potted Prickly Pear healthy? I'm in zone 4. It's cold outside and not much sun

This is a bromeliad that i got from a neighbor that had already started browning... ive repoted it and its putting out two new pups but the flower thingy is still browning even worse... is this normal or something in doing wrong? If anyone has any advice please let me know. Also put any tips or reminders on what i should be doing... i keep water in the bottom leaves as it say to do but it has little to no roots... tia for any information

Hey! A couple weeks ago my fiddle leaf fig dropped all of its bottom leaves. I moved it under a grow light and it seems to be doing better now, but will the bottom leaves grow back? Is it possible to cut it and replant?

Hi guys, I repotted this leopard lily about 3 months ago. Ever since, the leaves have become crinkly and drooping. It gets bright indirect light and watered enough. I believe the culprit is the PH being too high (on my meter, it reads at an 8 alkalinity, but dieffenbachias do best closer to a 6) Are these characteristics accurate for PH being off? And if so, what is the quickest way I can make my soil more acidic? Thanks!

hi! as the weather got colder my madagascar jewel randomly dropped all its leaves.😅 is this normal, or is there anything i can do to help it or is it dead dead? i moved it away from the window and put it under a grow light hoping thatll help it out a bit

Hi! I bought this baby olive tree from a plant store a week ago. They suggested I water once a week and keep out of direct sunlight. The pot has drainage at the bottom. I’ve watered only once as suggested, but the leaves are drying out and falling off. It looks similar to my lemon tree where the leaves just dry up and fall off due to the Fall season. Is that what it is or is there another reason why this may be happening? Figured I’d ask on here before changing anything! Thanks! 🤍

Does anyone have any tips for nursing these plants back to health? I got them from a BST group because they weren’t doing well, and I want to give them a shot. There’s a philodendron ring of fire, philodendron mayoi, and alocasia jacklyn. I will take any help I can get! I’ve repotted them all, but that’s it so far.

How do i save this Ivy? She was beautiful for months, hanging out of my ceiling close to my balcony door that face northeast. Now she looks like that, dry and sad, i would only water when the top was dry, like around every 2 weeks, humidifier in the same room, she has some spider webs? Could be this the issue?

My cherry plant has these spots on the leaves and they are yellowing very fast. Please advise.

Hi! In short, I'm looking for some help/advice on how to nurture these two plants! I was gifted two plants (both store bought).. One is a small yellow orchid and the other is a black maroon (aglaonema). I went to the QR code sites off the care card for each, sadly they don't have much info. The Orchid I've had for almost two months, and she was doing great until about two weeks ago when the flowers wilted and the leaves started turning yellow/brown, I'm now down to one leaf. Last I watered was just over a week ago. The bottom of the plastic pot still is wet and the bark is slightly damp, so waiting before I water that again. Similar situation with the black maroon, that one quickly dried up (even though I was watering it, so thinking maybe I over watered initially and have been trying to balance that).. I trimmed the completely dead leaves off this morning, and gave it about 1/4 c water. Thinking maybe I need to repot both? I did a lot of research the past couple days, but wanted to post here for some direct advice. Pics are what the plants each look like currently, and gives you an idea of how much light they receive (this room gets a lot of indirect light. Orchid is in the window, which is off a covered porch. Black Maroon is about 4 ft away from the window). Thanks! <3

I'm new to plants and got an Aloe Vera and a Mother of Thousands potted together. They were doing great until they weren't, and I separated them thinking they were competing in the pot. My Aloe is thriving, but my Mother of Thousands has root rot and I know now that I was over watering her. Does anyone recommend propagating her or simply repotting? Or any other suggestions?
