Hi! In short, I'm looking for some help/advice on how to nurture these two plants! I was gifted two plants (both store bought).. One is a small yellow orchid and the other is a black maroon (aglaonema). I went to the QR code sites off the care card for each, sadly they don't have much info. The Orchid I've had for almost two months, and she was doing great until about two weeks ago when the flowers wilted and the leaves started turning yellow/brown, I'm now down to one leaf. Last I watered was just over a week ago. The bottom of the plastic pot still is wet and the bark is slightly damp, so waiting before I water that again. Similar situation with the black maroon, that one quickly dried up (even though I was watering it, so thinking maybe I over watered initially and have been trying to balance that).. I trimmed the completely dead leaves off this morning, and gave it about 1/4 c water. Thinking maybe I need to repot both? I did a lot of research the past couple days, but wanted to post here for some direct advice. Pics are what the plants each look like currently, and gives you an idea of how much light they receive (this room gets a lot of indirect light. Orchid is in the window, which is off a covered porch. Black Maroon is about 4 ft away from the window). Thanks! <3
