Hi there. I bought a monstera from my local store and turns out there was like 5 monsteras in there. I ended up cutting the other 3 stalks to try to propagate them. One of them I managed to get a little root and I was wondering if this is enough to put into a pot or would it be better to just let it soak in the water until more roots come out. Thank you!!
Can anyone tell me what's wrong with my succulent and how to help me? Its really floppy and weak and the leaves are starting to fall off it. Please help me so I dont kill my plant further😥. Any help is greatly appreciated
Stole this plant from staff at the place I’m staying, she’s been repotted in an indoor mix with extra pearlite mixed in, placed in front of a north facing window (southern hemisphere) what else can I do to nurse her back to life ? Previously she was outside under a patio that gets little light
My cat ate my leaves off my monstera plant now it’s just two stalks it has plenty of roots will it regrow and how do I kp my cat off it. lol
Hi all - I’m still very new on my plant journey. Just seeking feedback on my Calathea Warscewiczii - I’ve had this guy for about a month. It has just pushed out this new leaf on the left (the lighter green leaf). I know new growth is more delicate until it establishes itself so I could be jumping the gun here; the leaf has been open like this for about 5 or so days. My concern is with the brown spots on the unfurling leaf. There are a few small brown spots on other leaves on the plant, but this new growth unfurled with the brown spots already. Is this indicating something undesirable or a fairly normal/unavoidable element of this plant? This plant is currently pushing out two new leaves as well which is exciting, but I just want to make sure I am caring for this guy appropriately! He is in a chunky soil mix, and is about 75cm from a South/West facing window. ☺️
Hi guys, I got this plant (I believe she is a Begonia) from an outdoor market over a month ago. Since then I have repotted her and water her once every other day/ give or take a couple days. Her soil does not retain water well and she has always had dry leaves, but now her flowers are starting to turn black. My room gets direct sunlight everyday for a couple hours. What should I do to care for her? She seems to be getting worse and worse.

I think it got overwatered by the rain and started getting all droopy, after that I started watering less but not sure how to fix it, more or less water?
I bought this Stapelia gigantea online and it arrived yesterday all wilted and sad. I thought a good drink would perk it up but no dice. A little time in the sun didn’t help either and then I went to move it and one of the stalks just pulled out of the soil. It’s all root rotted! Is there anything I can do to save even part of this plant at this point? It looks better in the photo than it really is because the chair is supporting its droopy ass.
I’m a new plant owner and someone potted these two plants for me. She said to mix 1tsp of miracle grow with 1 gallon of water…so I did that literally…and I guess I wasn’t supposed to do that…I drained the water and keep checking for excess water. Is there anything I can to save them? Can’t believe I made such a silly mistake…lol The first picture has the rotting leaves, trimmed those.

What's left of him. Originally he arrived disheveled and extremely droopy. With an emergency repot he came back to life after dropping many leaves. .. it turns out there were other unrooted growths that had been thrown in, those were dislodged and have died. Oh and he hated the heat waves became droopy yet again I had to bring him to the cooler and more shady north bedroom.
When I got this plant, the person at the greenhouse told me that hers started to turn brown because she forgot to water it for 2 days. I took her seriously and made sure it didn't dry out. In hindsight, I repotted it in soil that was too compact and too moist for 2 days. The plant looked like it started melting, the leaves started to open very wide and look like they were about to fall off the stem. I grabbed it out of the pot by the root ball, and put it in a larger terracotta and let it dry out almost all the way before I put it in well draining soil and watered it. My question is, how can I make it happier? What should I prune off? Anything unhealthy should go? When you look at the pictures can you describe to me what you would cut off? I understand these are just your opinions, I will make my own decisions based on them.
I really don’t know what I’m doing with this plant. All of my other plants are doing alright. It’s wonky and droopy and I have some yellowing leaves from forgetting to open the blinds. Should I prune back and regrow? Any tips would be great. The bottom of the leaves are kind of sticky and I bought it with browning spots.
Wondering if it’s time to repot. Please help

Making a steady comeback. The original body has died back fully ... Might be time to downsize the pot now that things are pretty stable.
Help! My aglaonema is looking very poor and I'm not sure how to solve it. It was doing really well in my north-facing window, and I just recently brought it to my new room and put it in my south-facing window, and it looks like this! I also gave it to a family member to take care of for a few days and in that time it stopped growing as many leaves. Is there anything I can do to help it?
My prayer plant all of a sudden curled up all of its leaves and is now looking really terrible. It was repotted weeks ago, and nothings changed since then. Any ideas, or is she just dehydrated?
