Hello! I am a beginner with indoor gardening but I’ve had this lucky bamboo plant for about a year. Got it from Lowe’s, but now the new shoots are turning yellowish green and so are some of the new leaves. I had it 12 feet away from the east facing window and moved it to 8 feet about a month ago. I have never fertilized or repotted it and it’s now just giving me problems. I water with tap water but I don’t think it’s over chlorinated, not sure. Any thoughts for help?

Hi! I just got this pothos from my school’s arboretum and it was practically free so I took it. I want to care for it and try to recover it the best I can but I am a little lost, this is my first plant of this kind. Thank you in advance!

Any suggestion on how to care for this Calathea Orbifolia? I just purchased it from Trader Joe’s three days ago. Two leaves arent doing so well and some leaves have very flimsy stems. The room is big and lets in a lot of light with no direct sunlight; but it was cloudy the past 3 days. I’ve also been misting the leaves on occasion

Hey plant family I just purchased this Monstera Monkey Mask plant from Home Depot 3 days ago. I have repotted it and bought tropical potting soil as recommended. Any suggestions on helping it thrive and survive? New plant mom here and I’m reading so much info it’s blending together. Any tips are appreciated

So just found out my string of hearts has thrips after ages of being misdiagnosed! Saw the bugs today and will have neem oil tomorrow, the plant is currently isolated. This is my first thrips infestation so trying my best, advice is much appreciated! Unfortunately lots of leaves have been lost due to this, would anyone possibly have any ideas on good ways to help regrow these leaves? Thank you!

I am in university and left my baby mint plant in the care of a friend who claimed to be a plant mother and told me it was thriving while I was gone. When she got it back to me last night it looked like (photo 1). There was barely an inch of soil left and they were all tossed around. My friend had extra soil and I repotted them, however this morning they’re looking sadder than ever (photo 2). I am not great with plants (i know almost nothing, honestly) and was so happy to even bring a mint plant up from seed, but I fear this might be the end. Help!!

Another plant of mine that got destroyed by pests recently was my calathea medallion 😭. I swear they only destroyed my favourite plants. I moved it to LECA when it had about 4 yellowing leaves left, and they all died shortly after. I thought the plant might be dead but decided to wait a month or two to be absolutely sure, since the roots and bottom of the stems weren’t mushy. After about 2-3 weeks it started growing water roots and I noticed a new sprout growing recently! Really hoping it comes back to its former glory lol 🥰

The 2nd leaf in a month for my recovering monstera! The broken leaf on the right is now the only leaf left from the original plant. So glad I didn’t lose the whole thing.

Care tips for Aglaonema Pink Butterfly? Got a few browning leaves on this one but not sure where I’m going wrong with this one. I currently water once a week until the soil is moist and drained.

I’ve had this lucky bamboo for about a year and he’s just now turning yellow and droopy, I’m not sure what to do as I’m new to this. It’s only ever been in water, never repotted, and about a year or so old. Any tips?

I’ve had this guy for about 7 months now and everything was going fine until I accidentally left my window open (where the plant sits) and it dropped to freezing and starting snowing and I woke up and my baby was shriveled. I don’t have a lot of information about my plant, but it’s a Pink Snygonium Podophyllum. I bought it at a fair, it’s never been repotted and it was one drainage hole on the bottom. I’ll add a before and after picture. Please help!

Need help with this plant please, not sure if it’s a money or jade plant. Was given as a present and was sitting in my dinning room but the leaves and stalks just kept falling off, it’s going very droopy on the stalks. I’ve had to get rid of some pets as they was very squidgy and closed up. I did re pot it last week to a bigger pot. Is there anything I can feed it to help it grow?

My baby is sick… I’ve had this ZZ since he was wee bitty and lately I’ve noticed he’s gotten very droopy and has developed more (he’s always had a few) dark spots all over. His leaves are becoming dull, too. He was repotted over 6 months ago and I’ve always let him get really dry between waterings so I just don’t know what might be happening, can anyone help save him!?

Hello my Parlor palm’s leaves have been drooping and the leaves are dry. I’ve been giving it water and it has partial sunlight. I’m not sure what’s wrong with it. Can someone help me identify the problem.

Not sure if my friend here is a parlor palm or an Areca, but its leaves are suddenly becoming dry almost as if the plant is dying. I’m new to a lot of this, so I’m not sure what could be wrong— The plant is a year old, and being watered every week-week and a half. I checked for spider mites and see none. It’s kept out of direct sunlight and in a temperature about 72 degrees. The leaves are still green when they begin to dry out, and eventually yellow out. I trimmed off the dead leaves hoping that may help, but I’m unsure what I should do next. Any advice? Thank you!

I am looking for advice. I have had this peace lily for maybe 8 months, and it was doing well up until about a month or two ago. I am wondering why it is so sad looking and i was thinking about transferring it to water from soil? Please, any advice is appreciated
