I need some help please. I bought this beauty back in July, her name is Fiona. I told them I was a first time plant owner and needed something easy. This is what they sold me. I took it home only to find it infested with pests. I have no idea what kind. It was my 1st plant, I was mortified!! I took it outside, took all the soil out, cleaned off all her roots (no idea if this was right or not), hosed them off, then I repotted her using MiracleGro potting soil and a new eco pot. I water her when Planta says to. Is the soil packed too tight it looks harder than the rest of my plants. That's the only thing i really see. ? She hasn't produced any leaves since I've had her and she drops a leaf about monthly. Her underneath twigs are dry and flaking off. And the underneath of two more leaves are turning brown. Please help me save this beauty!

My cat keeps eating my spider plant :( Is there anything I can do to help my plant out? I’m kind of concerned about the black parts

Anyone have suggestions on bringing back a stromanthe plant that is oddly really healthy on one side and the other side halfway dead? I’ve tried just about everything and I do make sure i rotate since my apt is pretty much half and half with sunlight.

Help please. Got curly about a month ago and have noticed the tips of some of the arms are dying. Is this normal for Drosera capensis? Is it part of the life cycle? Thank you Barbara

Got this Bromeliad today... its roots are dry and hard, it was in coco moss... thats it and it is pale. I took it out of the coco and some of the roots were intertwined in some chucks. I have no clue how to care for these so i put it in a glass of water hoping for new roots. It has some water in the leaves at the bottom leaves. ANY advice on these would be greatly appreciated. TIA

This is my little Shivereana after a pest treatment. 🥲 Do y’all think he’ll make it? I used neem oil, isopropyl alcohol and insecticidal soap. (all diluted but I guess not enough) A bit devastated that this is the plant not doing well.

How go I get rid of fungus gnats for good? I've read countless Reddit posts and articles but nothing seems to do the trick permanently. I use yellow sticky traps, bottom water, water only when my plants let me know they need it (slight wilting, soil dry, etc), and have used mosquito dunks and a natural spray from a local grow shop. The spray works for a bit but as soon as I stop using it I'm infested with gnats again. The yellow traps work for the adults but they aren't stopping the spread. Any tips or advice would be appreciated.

So my mini rose Romeo just dried up and I’ve got NO clue why. I’ve been watering him regularly. Is it just cause it’s fall and he’s going dormant???

Do we lose leafs when babies come out? 🤔 I would assume I have to get rid of it cause it's mushy. Do I have to cut it out wait till it happens on its own?

I’m struggling so much to get my ficus moclame to look as it once did. Why has it split into two main branches and how can I get it to look full again? I will do anything to get it back to looking healthy again!

Got this African Violet earlier this week, it seems healthy but the blooms tend to droop? It’s nighttime right now so the leaves are facing downwards instead of outwards like normal, but it doesn’t seem like there’s anything wrong with that part of the plant. I’ve watered it once with distilled water since I got it because the soil was bone dry. I have a slightly larger pot for it + African Violet soil and fertilizer. I’m going to use this to repot it soon. Does anyone know why it’s doing this? Thx! Quick side note, normally the Violet is in a window getting bright light, but I moved it so I could take this picture.

Hi! I’ve recently checked up on my basil plant and found these spots, I’ve been told they’re from pests and I have no idea what to do to the leaves or how I can prevent this from happening. Can anyone help me out and figure out what this was?
