🌱 🪴 😢 Its been about a year of trying to save this rescue baby. I am not sure what is left to try. Any spider plant expert advice? It continues to get black tips. I started to bottom water about 1 month ago. I am worried its the temperature in the house. We have window units and so it fluctuates greatly every day w humidity changes.
Can you put it outside on a porch? Brought my spider back to life!

That looks like it has a few issues going on. If it was me…1) take it out of Terra cotta 2) Look at the roots and tease the good roots a little and trim the unsightly areas 3) go down a size in a plastic pot or if the root ball requires this size do the same if needed 4) repot with new soil that has some perlite 5) Looks like your soil might be too acidic—spider plants like to be between a 6-7 ph when you see pale leaves the acidity is usually not correct if the watering and light are correct—new repotting soil might fix that. Your soil can get acidic with tap water or soil with too much peat 6) give it a little fertilizer in water about 1x a month 7) It could need better light
