Hey there. I can’t tell if this is a light issue or a watering issue. I have been watering about twice a week. Thoughts?

    Was the stem always tipped over like that? When reaching for light you will notice the leaves turning to it and new leaves will have a longer stem and come out to where the light is. With over watering, the plant starts to rot starting with the roots, and the rot travels up the stem and up the leaves one by one. The rotted roots will fall off easily if you unpot the plant, and the dying parts of the stem and leaves turn a sickly yellowish-green. My impression from the photo is you have some root rot, but photos don't always convey accurate colors and stuff so I could be wrong.
