Hi guys, I know this looks really bad 😭 i'm looking for help with my golden pothos, I got her from a friend and for a while she did really well but I moved recently and she has been desperately needing a repotting. I repotted her earlier this morning and i'm now bottom watering her to see if her few vines will perk up. I'm wondering if anyone thinks shes worth saving? Because of the move she hasn't gotten as much care as she needs and i've been slacking on watering. She's also been in a window on the east side of my house and has been moved to a west facing window (hopefully that helps). If anyone has any advice i'd REALLY appreciate it, as well as any advice on how to get more vines to sprout?

Cut the yellow vine and if the plant is still growing it shuld be ok but check for pests. It could be the wrong soil!

I'm not sure what kind of soil my friend was using, but I repotted with miracle gro. I've had it for a little over a year, the previous pot was about half the size and the roots were absolutely ready to burst at the seams when I finally repotted today. Up until January (of 2024) she was thriving, its only been the last few months that her health has REALLY declined so I think the roots just did not have enough space in the old pot

I haven't had any issues with bugs/ parasites, or any mold with any of my indoor plants so far thank GOD (knocking on wood)

I cut the yellow vine and I've taken off any other dead leaves, thankfully there's still a few left 😭

With the amount of leaves you have, I’d propagate and make it a “new” plant. Golden pothos grow roots pretty fast and easily. You’ll also get to have it looking more full as it grows, and without the old vines with no leaves.

noted, i've never propagated before but i've wanted to try it so i'll see how it goes thank you :)

Hey Emma, I have one and I would cut back the vines and let her come back on her own. Never give up. They love misting daily and watering regularly but not sitting in it. I also rooted my cuttings and planted in another container. Good luck
