I have been given this Peace Lily to try and revive after it had be left sitting in water. I made the mistake of trying to squeeze the water out of it and the top came away from the main roots. It has been looking like this for 2 months! The one remaining leaf is healthy but nothing else is happening - any suggestions gratefully received 🤞🏼

I agree with Dory. I would rinse of every bit of dirt ( dont mess with its roots too much, they hate it). Then place in a peroxide water solution for a bit. Change the water to fresh, and only enough to cover the roots. Change the water as more soil and dead root parts fall off in the water. (Youre preparing your soil root plant to become a water root plant). Your lily can stay this way awhile, giving you time to look into semi hydroponics. ( I suggest leca, but its really a preference). Semi hydroponics is a whole other can of beans...but good luck, hope she makes it.
