So tiny little flying bugs on my plants, I know it is due to humidity. Thraps? But I have sticky traps, and cinnamon on the soil! My plants appear healthy but been dealing with these bugs for weeks now. Help!

    I confirmed they are gnats. Sprayed the top soil with ready to use big leaf energy neem oil. Hopefully that can do more good than harm?

    If they are only interested in the soil they are most likely fungus gnats. For fungus gnats I’ve had the best luck with sticky traps and half of a mosquito dunk in a gallon of water. Let it sit for at least over night and use the “tea” to water your plants. Repeat until the dunk breaks up, then add a fresh dunk. This works best if you use it for every watering until they go away. After that use as needed. If they are also on the leaves they might be thrips. I don’t have much experience with thrips, but there are many online/youtube sources that go over treatment options.

      They appear to be the fungus gnats, going to try your remedy so thank you
