my ‘rubber plant’ Tineke has roots growing i’ve never seen before, do these plants grow aerial roots or do i need to cover these with more soil?

    They look like suckers. You can wait till they are bigger and repot them. Or remove them so the plant stops putting energy into them

      thankyou, what are suckers? this is my only plant this species is grew from a sapling
