I got this Philodendron Brasil from the clearance section at Lowe’s. In the end only 3 leaves looked like they would survive. It’s been a couple of weeks and it looks the same. Any advice for helping it out? Should I remove the damaged leaf?

It took several weeks for one of mine to finally sprout new leaves. It's spending energy on roots and adjusting out of its "shock". I'd keep the damaged leaves, it looks like they're only cut/torn and not rot/fungal damage.
