Hi! Can anyone help diagnose what's wrong with my husband's Fukien tea bonsai? It's had dry leaves for about a month now and looks very sad. I've repotted it in fresh bonsai soil, watered an fertilised it and it's in a window with plenty of sun. When repotting I noticed several small earthworms which I removed. I know usually they are good for plants with soil aeration etc, but I read some mixed reviews online, so now the soil is new and worm free. The plant is still looking sad. Any help much appreciated!

Bonsai are hard. Beautiful, but hard. I would acclimate it to more sun slowly (a filtered curtain). Mist lightly about once a week? Good luck! Looks like it still has life in it.

It looks to me that the tree wasn’t watered enough. I usually water mine everyday or twice a day when it’s too hot. Good luck and hope my comment helps.
