Where does everyone get their cache pots? I'm having a hard time finding large (10") cache pot with no drainage holes. And I don't like the self watering planters that size that I am finding.

How necessary is it to mist plants in leca? I live in the Pacific Northwest and humidity in my house is usually around 55-65% in the fall/winter. Planta has me misting all the time. Am I wasting my time?

Im new to pon and i kind of dove head first transplanting some of my most prized plants into cause this hobby is all about experimenting…. Well now I’m seeing some fuzzy stuff forming on the top soil and i never hear anyone talk about this in all the videos i have watched.. is this normal, should i perform emergency repots 😂 i bought the lechuza pon amazon sells This is about 1.5 weeks after potting into pon Thanks in advance!

I honestly forgot about this guy and was going to put in soil but I think I’ll leave him alone. I love looking at the roots and it’s doubled in size!

Hi all! I am about to branch into hydroponics for the first time and have just purchased my first 12 pot hydroponic system (with grow lights). I'm hoping to grow some herbs and vegetables but would love some tips and tricks to help a total beginner out!

The rate that the roots grow since switching to Pon is ridiculous; Wowza they grow fast. I have a few Micholitziana that I recently transferred to Pon and the roots are already growing out of the bottom. Does that mean I need to transplant already or just let them do their. Also, when repotting, any tips as to how not to damage all roots growing out of bottom. A big part of me says just to cut them; Won't most of them get broken off anyways when you lift the plant out of the contanier?

I got this syngonium in water three weeks ago. I ended up having to remove a lot of the roots because they were rotten. I recently rechecked the roots and many were very soft and smelly. I was wondering if anyone has tips on how to stop root rot?

My aesthetically pleasing (at least I think so) hydroponic (flood & drain) grow. There are 4 individual trays 48 inches long, 15 inches deep and 8 inches high. Each plant sits in its own square nursery style pot with LECA for support. There are 2 40 gallon reservoirs filled with nutrient solution. The trays fill up with nutrient solution 5 times a day ( while the lights are on ) for 5 minutes each cycle. The pH is automatically monitored 24/7 and if it goes beyond the 5.8 threshold I’ve set it is automatically adjusted, Here’s the final product

Hi guys 👋 Any Lechuza users here? I’ve just bought Lechuza Cactus & Succulent Mix so I’m looking for guidance on repotting all my Cactus & succulents. Do I use the same technique of removing all soil, repot in 100% pon the repot in self watering with wick & cache pot or is there a better method? Looking forward to any guidance & thank you 🙏 Pic for interest, my monstera 6 months in from a 2 leaf cutting. Flippin love Lechuza 😍

Hi! I'm looking into switching my plants to leca, but I have no idea on what I'm doing hahaha. I have experience with water propagations is it the same thing? Are there certain plants that do really well in leca? Are there plants that I should never put in leca? How full do I fill with water? Should the water be touching or below the roots? How often do you fertilize your plants in leca? How often do you change the water? HELP!

i don’t know about you guys but i love showing off my plants to everyone i meet lol. i guess it finally paid off because today my coworker asked if she could have some propagations! i threw this little guy together and im obsessed! i love putting different kinds of plant cuttings into the same jar. there’s a zz plant leaf, pearls and jade pothos and philodendron brasil! it’s so cute and not to mention a great gift!! 🌱

our anthurium bernard’s progression (check the last pic!!) — from a larger colourful plant to becoming unwell with overwatering and sunburning… to being split into two smaller plants and developing a new leaf and sprouts in water! so exciting

had this lovely anthurium (bernard) that was thriving in our bathroom. started not doing too well, moved him, then it was okay but got overwatered, moved to a brighter spot to help with that, just got burnt leaves and a lot of fungus gnats. so i’m finally biting the bullet and splitting him, one lil bernard in a smaller pot with soil, the other lil bernard in some water. first time trying the latter if anyone has any tips 🌱 they had some root rot but overall they seem still pretty sturdy after a trim

How do you deal with the Planta app telling you to water your plants in semi hydro?
