Check out this beauty I got from Wegmans last night! 😍 I’m going to repot her, as I do all new plants because who knows what’s in the soil. Would she prefer leca or a tropical mix that I make with potting soil, orchid bark, perlite, charcoal, and mosquito bits? I’m not familiar with what this plant likes. Thanks!
Can anyone tell me what’s going on? I had this golden pathos and it was doing great but then tons of leaves started turning yellow and falling off. I looked it up and thought it might be getting to much sun because it was in a very sunny location so I moved it but I feel like something else might be going on… I’m watching it for a friend for the summer and am terrified of killing it! Also I took most of the yellow leaves off so they are not pictured.
Got this beauty today! So excited! 🩷🫶🏽 Any advice?
I was gifted some spider plant propagations in October and they took a while to do their thing after potting. All of them have started drooping like this. Is this normal or do they need something?
GM. I have moved my home office into the only West window location (had a terrible north window!) and my children are so happy. This is the second brightest bedroom (master the the #1) and so I swapped my office the guest room. I still have to paint, but wanted to share part of the morning joy. 😍 I am still moving them in and then around based on which location they like
Came home to some surprises from my boyfriend yesterday! I think he was more excited than I was.
I went to Belfasts botanical gardens today. They have wonderful plants 🌱🪴
new set up 🌿
My front door porch. I’m happy with them and they look happy! ❤️❤️❤️
Help! Lol.
Wanted to share this absolute beast of a maranta! He is always giving me new leaves (that my cat tries to nibble)! Also pardon the mess. Haven’t put away my soil ingredients yet or the boxes!
Everyone woke up so happy this morning that I didn't have the heart to move them away from the window so I got them nesting tables and let them hang out together. I am redoing my office space and had them on a cart but they chose the window. 🙃 When I checked.... new leaves all around! Even Wallie was happy to stay swinging as the AC hits him! He wasnt in the greatest shape when we got back from vacation. I added the humidifier under them several days ago when we took the guest room furniture out and they have owned this window!
Hi! I bought my furry Calathea over a week ago. I watered it 10 days ago through bottom watering. The soil still feels damp, and I haven’t watered it since. The leaves have been droopy and some brown spots have occurred. I moved the plant next to a window for fear of not enough light, but I’m also worried it’s by the AC vent above drying it out so i bought a cool humidifier mister near it. Any suggestions?
Hey y’all! Can anyone tell me what to do with this little guy? I ordered him from Brandon the Plant Guy on TikTok and received him today! He’s looking a little pale but his soul was damp. I let his roots air out a little before putting him back in the nursery pot and putting under a light! Any and all ideas are welcome!!
Does anyone know what this is called? 😩 it’s dying on me! All the leaves got crispy and I had to cut them off. 😔
Little alien flowers 🥰
Good Morning! I received this beauty yesterday in the mail.... Alocasia "Dawn".... and she has a lot of new growth! Any tips on separating the younglings would be appreciated!
Does anyone know what the deal is with these thin, almost fuzzy-looking tendrils growing from my fern? I think it’s a button fern. Half of the plant WAS eaten by a friend’s cat several months ago, so wondering if that has something to do with it. Should I cut them away?
Hey has anyone ever encountered this problem ? Holes in leaves, does anyone know of any solution ?
