   That’s a ficus Tineke and it’s actually its genetics, not variegation. Variegation has it in the name, it varies from the standard plant, all Tineke look like this, there’s a Ruby and a Shriveana (a couple more varieties too) that also look variegated but in fact are just genetically colorful

     I love Tineke rubber plants; they are so beautiful. I have an older one that has lost leaves at its base and looks pretty naked. I have purchased three small Tinekes and am planning to repot all of them together so that the smaller rubber plants will cover up the nakedness of the older plant. My one concern is, if I transfer all three of them into a larger pot will they have problems with shock? 💚🪴
