I just got my first black velvet Alocasia today and out of the 6 corms one is pink. I can’t really find anything online about it so I’m hoping someone on here would have information. They all have roots which is why they are in soil. Also my first go around with corms

    Keep the soil damp but not wet unless the corms with get moldy and rot; Make sure the humidity is high in their covered enclosure but take the lid off every 2 or 3 days to let fresh air in. Do you plan on keeping them in soil or were you going to get them into Pon?

      I got the extra water out and covered with cling wrap. I’m hoping they stay warm where they are 😅 I’m still new to plants in general. I’ll probably transfer to my chunky soil mix once they establish

      Little update! One corm is fixing to unroll its first leaf! AND ALL 6 corms are growing well!!
