   Congrats! I just got one recently and don’t know much about alocasias but it’s doing well in a diy pon semi hydro about a foot away from my west facing window. Love that little guy

     I’ve been reading up on Pon and purchased some that will hopefully arrive by the end of the month. Any tips on transitioning from soil to Pon? I have 3 baby Alocasia’s in stratum that might do well to transfer over, but I’m not too sure about soil

   The alocasias I transferred from soil all did well except my black velvet it had some issues to begin with though. I just rinsed as much of the soil off as possible and potted them up in the semi hydro trying to make sure the roots didn’t get too close to the water so they didn’t rot lost a few leaves on the silver dragon but my Polly transitioned fantastic. And I love these pots from Amazon t4u the water level is easy to see and they look nice.
