Hi Alocasia gurus:) Just picked up this little guy from a store, my mom is a big fan of saving plants and was very keen on giving this guy a second chance. I notice damage on leaves, brown/yellow spots, and some strange white spots on spider web-like surfaces, probably spidermites. We took it home, washed the leaves thoroughly and will let this guy sit in quarantine to acclimate for a while. What is your advice? Should we cut off the yellowing leaf? Thanks!

    Immediately repot the issue could be in how much water it's had how much sun it's had or pests. Also cut off any leaves that don't give you joy as a standard, it's big enough to be okay but at that point the leaf isn't going to be too useful to the plant anyway
