The baby plant is looking like that and I don’t know why. There is not much humidity in my room and I suspect why the tip of the baby leaf was dry. So I thought ā€œGee let me squirt some water on the Q-Tip and put some water on itā€ šŸ™„šŸ™„šŸ˜’šŸ˜“ Fast forward, while I’ve put it under a grow light in hope to further stimulate growth to this baby plant, for some reason its looking the way it looks in the following picture (left; right is how it looked like originally). What does that mean??? Does it mean it’s dying?😭😭😭 I don’t only want my plant have two leaves! I never knew alocasia was SUCH a tough indoor plant (next to calatheašŸ˜’šŸ˜‘)

Have you tried a pebble try under it? Just a drip tray with perlite or little stones and then fill halfway with water. That can help with humidity

Hi, Ezi! My baby Alocasia’s best friend is humidity. Very easy fix by placing a dome of sorts (clear, take out plastic containers also work!) and keep their medium moist.

      I will try that!
