This happened to mine too. I checked out the roots and they were all soft and falling off, so I think mine had root rot. I took the corms out and put them in sphagnum moss. I watched some YouTube videos about growing alocasias from corms to get more info It might take a few months but hopefully itâll grow back

Mine did that one time. It dropped all the leaves and even roots. I kept the bulb in leca and it regrew after a while. Just check what is going on underground âșïž

What was your leca set up? I just transferred a Bisma and a Jacklyn to leca last week. Theyâre both unhappy. The Jacklyn is about to lose all its leaves. It didnât have a lot of soil roots, so I thought maybe it would be fine. The Bisma had A LOT of soil roots and several leaves. Itâs in a wick set up, but two leaves are on the downward spirla
