I repotted my plant and I've already lost 2 leaves and now I'm about to lose another. I also cleaned the leaves with neem oil after the other 2 fell off. I checked the soil and it was dry so i watered it. Im not sure what i did wrong. Can you help please?.
Repotting is stressful for plants, especially if you’re agitating the roots to loosen up the old soil. You can add a little fertilizer to help if you haven’t already! I’m not sure how new the plant is, but it’s better to avoid repotting immediately after buying a plant. I wait about a year or more if I can. Another tip is when I’m repotting, (unless there’s pests or fungal issues) I don’t mess with the roots or old soil—I just take it out of the old pot, put it in the new pot, and add more soil

Alocasias dislike repotting at least at first. The plant looked healthy in before picture. Not sure if you checked roots or not other than being dry. Give it time as it may lose all leaves before getting better. I try not to repot when a new leaf is coming as well. Try to not change more than one thing at a time ( light, humidity, watering, soil etc). They are full of drama.
