Cut the bad leaves, Alocasias only hold a couple leaves at a time, also they tend to droop if they need to be watered, is the soil dry??
0 Mi piaceAgree but this looks like all the leaves and not a normal dying off process. Looks like a watering issue to me. Can’t see properly but oooks like no drainage… I’d suggest repot and check roots well-draining soil and pot with drainage. Fertilise regularly and cross fingers.
0 Mi piaceCheck the soil. I agree it could need more water. Don’t don’t like to completely dry out. Does it have drain holes? Check for damage roots. Do you fertilize it? It looks a bit pale.
1 mi piaceIt does have drain holes and I’ve been watering regularly. I do need to add fertilizer

Let it dry out to where the top isn’t wet but not completely dry, check roots too, don’t fertilize if you repot it right away though. The one big leaf looks okay from what you posted
0 Mi piaceIs this a Silver Dragon? Even if all the leaves droop and die, keep the rhizome and act as if it still had leaves. Most of the times, it will start to put out new growth points and your plant will start all over again. I never rule a plant out unless the whole thing turns black. LOL! I was about to call it quits with my calathea after it lost 14 of its 16 leaves. And then all of a sudden, new leaves started coming out.......6 whole months later. I think it knew it was on the chopping block. ☺️
1 mi piaceP.S. the reason I ask if it's a silver dragon is that for some reason, I can keep all alocasias alive except for that. LOL!! That being said, I have a one-leafer that is hanging in there and 7 corms starting to sprout. I've killed 2.5 Silver Dragons and was so aggravated. i know it loves humidity but it sits in 65-70% ambient so it is a Punkass. LOL!
