Hi im a beginner with plants and this is my first plant, can anyone help me figure out whats wrong with it? i had bought it from the clearance section of a plant shop so it was already in bad shape, i just dont know the issue. help!

    And it’s not crazy about air conditioning if you have it on. Please put it by a window or outside.

    Looks like overwatering and lack of sun if neither is likely it could be killing the leaf off to make a new one
