Are these corms? Is it too late to harvest them??

    Those sure look like corms! Either harvest them or if you leave them, they might even grow straight out of the mama plant like that! (I say that because I'm currently growing 3 corms that just won't start actually growing yet)

    It can be a good thing to let them grow and harvest them late. If you wait until they have at least one leaf, they have a higher chance of survival when separated from the mother plant

      I have five new shoots on my Polly. Can I just leave them in the pot? There are three in pic and two more in back.

      It's fine to leave them if you want, but if you're interested in propagating, those are definitely ready to be on their own

    Those are corms. Personally I like to remove them if they start coming out of the soil, just clip a 1/2" or so below, and pot them up in the same orientation. They will usually leaf out a lot sooner than if you just leave them on the mother plant. You can also just leave them if you don't want to bother. I have a few pots with mother's and babies in.
