Hello, I purchased this Philodendron yesterday from a grocery store. I am thinking it is an Imperial Red. Can anyone help me confirm?

Where should I cut the plant for propagation and what can I do to stop it from growing like this? As much as I like the plant, it doesnât look super great when itâs leggy and I donât want to end up with a million pots of the same plant like what happened with my spider plant and my heart leaf philodendron⊠đ

My micans isn't doing well. Any thoughts on these spots? I don't think she has pests, but maybe?! My husband was doing some remodeling in her room, so I think most of the white specks are wall dust. Ive wiped her down, so we'll see what tomorrow brings.

I got this plant as a rescue and it seems pretty happy, but Iâm not really sure how to get the most attractive growth pattern from it. Should I chop and prop and plant them all together? Itâs so upright! I could put it on a moss pole as well, but I think when I looked into it what I read is that the leaves donât size up but that doesnât mean itâs correct information.

Picked up this Philo Florida Ghost for free at a plant swap. Note on it said it was reverted, any chances I can get it back to variegated once it grows more? current leaves are not variegated.

Hey guys! New plant mom here and Iâm looking for thoughts and opinions on if I should separate my white wizard philodendron? It looks like thereâs 3 main stems and new leaves are starting to kind of grow into each other and look crowded. I have a stick on one side of the biggest stem and would like to use moss poles eventually and have only seen one stem typically per pot so just curious.. Also some leaves look funny because I had humidity and draft issues when first bringing him home but even after adding a humidifier and changing placement some new ones still donât unfurl fully.. Anyhow, all thoughts and opinions are welcome! I appreciate you if you made it this far, please give me some much needed advice! đȘŽ

I recently adopted this philodendron (Phil) from my partners mum who had propergated it from her big mama! But 1. Iâm unsure on the type of philodendron.. Iâm thinking tiger tooth but so many look alike! And 2. Why is the cataphyll (Iâm assuming thatâs what it isđ) dangling in midair on the vine? (I was warned she grew abit chaotic). A lot of the photos I see they are in the soil but mines just up here chilling.. has anyone else seen a philo like this? And does she look okay.. Iâm new to this plant completely!

Someone got upgraded to their pole today! It was a bigger jump than I might normally consider but I wanted to get them next to a pole earlier in the development and the growth has certainly been robust with the summer weather. I did not follow instructions and affix the pole too the pot hopefully the results are not disastrous. đ

So, the first two pictures show two plants. They USED to be one plant And she snapped in half and I put the leafy one in a terrarium that I recently had to tear down and decided to put her like that with the driftwood and moss. Meanwhile her spindly mother was doing nothing but being a stalk until about a month or two ago, and she's got these new leaves and, I'm guessing, aerial roots. My question is.........what can I do with the mom? Should I get her a tall tall moss pole and wind her lower part around it and then secure the area with the aerial roots or should I do something else? Every picture I've seen of a Florida ghost doesn't have that like.....spindly, tree bark type bottom, they're all very viney so I'm not sure what to do with her to support her best I can. Any advice would be appreciated âđŒ
