I want to propagate my philo, as she’s quite tall but not busy, but idk how to do it best. Also, will she vine as much as a pothos might? May need to get her a wall climb.

Does anyone know what this is on my Billietie? It’s this clear stuff that beads up on the steams and leafs it’s the consistency of syrup. When I wipe it away it just comes back.

I think this leaf is stuck on my Pink Princess. First time dealing with this, only her 2nd new leaf since I got her like 6 weeks ago. Is this fixable? Do I cut it off? Leave it alone? Genuinely have to clue.. Appreciate any guidance! 🩷

Hi plant friends! 🪴💛 I have a couple questions about my heart leaf philodendron brasil. 1) Is that a double leaf trying to unfurl??? Should I help it or just keep an eye on it? I’ve never seen growth like this on one of my own plants so I don’t want to damage anything. 2) There is a stem (vine?) that looks woody. Does that mean it’s dead? It looks like it has new growth at the end, so I could cut it past the brown section and put in water, but I’m not sure if it’s a lost cause already.

Not sure if this is the best place to ask this question , my orchid on one side is started to die off Should I remove the flowers and stem ? Should I get a new stem? Will it grow back ?

Awhile back I accidentally broke the newest growth/leaf off of my white wizard, in a heroic attempt to free it (actually I did it twice. cough cough huh? what? who said that?) and I thought it would be interesting to show others what has transpired since I LET ‘ER BE to heal from my well-intentioned helicopter (plant) parenting busybody-ness. The blue original growth area did eventually grow a mediocre leaf, but I’m counting maybe up to 5 new growths from the breaking point! “Life finds a way.” - Jeff Goldblum. 😂

I wanted to share my excitement I have only had this Pink princess for a couple of weeks. But thanks to my personal flavor of spicy I dont like dirt or soil in my house so everything is hydroponics and learning. I have done water changes every 5 days to help ensure the water stays oxygenated and clean while water roots grow. I was shocked to find this baby growing within the root system! I have the new plant in an antique vase I use for propagating until time for a larger vase.

Hi all, new here and new to plants in general. I have this beautiful Pink princess philodendron that I have set up in hydroponics. She's been doing great with the top leaf being new since getting her. I have a question however. Today I came home from work and the whole top of the plant has turned. I have her close to a south facing window so lots of bright indirect light. What could cause such a drastic turn? And should I try and attach her to the plant pole to straighten back out or leave her be? I added a picture from the day I transfered her to water for comparison

So I bought this Blushing Erubescence something or other in water, I don't know how many months ago. I've been waiting for leaf shoots of some sort to come out. Well... I do have new leaves but they were all inside the small glass vase! What do I do if they are growing upside down? 🙃 Do I have to sacrifice one of them? Or are they going to die anyways cause they've been under water for God only knows how long!? Help!

I have this philo oxapense that I bought on discount. It is really leggy and weak and I want advice. I was thinking I either chop and prop it with the 2 leaves it has and hopefully it grows a stronger stem or I repot it so the stem is covered with soil and has more support. I don’t really know and would love some input. Thanks!
