So i recently got a Philo Ring of Fireā¦only to accidentally snap the newest leaf offšš Is there any hope for her? Will she get over it and continue to grow or have I just ended her life before itās even started? Please help meš¤£š¤£šš¼ Have added a photo of her, Iām sure you can already SEE where the snapped one is right there in the middlešš
Hello, what type is this? Is it Brasil? I have it in wrong soil, plan to repot to tropical mix with drainage.. should that be ok?
New to this app Just showing off my 62 year old split leaf Top branch is about 9 feet, and branches out about 7 feet she attempted to flower, but I didnāt have any beetles handy š¤£
All the baby Philos seem to be doing ok! leaves keep swelling up in size and I'm seeing nodes forming too!
Finally found a philodendron silver sword I canāt wait to watch it grow š¤š„¹ (Alocasia in back has diatomaceous earth on it so letās just ignore that lol)
These leaves are new and seem to be discolored/almost see through. Any idea what may have caused this? This plant has not been repotted since I bought it almost a month ago. It lives under a grow light for 12-14 hours a day and I water about once a week.

my melanochrysum has been on a moss pole for a few months now but doesnāt seem to take to it or get bigger leaves. it is in 40-50% humidity and under a grow light . how can i help it size up? have already chopped and propped once
This plant is getting a new leaf but one of the old ones I noticed is yellowing! I have it growing in water. What could potentially be the cause?
What happens when the Man says no more plantsā¦ I buy aquarium plants for a whileā¦ until Publix has one of my wishlist babies on buy one get oneā¦ so I waltzed them into the front foyer, said look how they match the foyer wall color themeā¦. Why would the leaves on my Prince of Orange be curling like this? It has been like this since it was shipped to me a month agoā¦ I thought it may be due to stress, but itās not straightening.

Are these both White Wizard? The one in the left is almost definitely (labeled), but I donāt know about the one on the right (it was just labeled ātropical plantā). Iāll include photo of its stem. Hello!! Iām a new philodendron momma and just picked this beauty up at Loweās! Just rinsed her off and changed soil to avoid any unwelcome guests into the fam. Does anyone have any care tips or things I should look out for? This is the first plant Iāve bought from a big box store everything else in my collection Iāve propagated so Iām not really sure how cautious I have to be about pests?? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!š«¶š¼š©·š
Got this cutie today! I don't think that new leaf can be saved unfortunately, but i got it from a supermarket, so i didn't expect much better. told myself i wouldn't repot it immediately, but the soil was SO compact and absolutely soaked. wasn't even potting soil, just straight dirt, so here we are with new soil. any tips on care?
My pink princess philo just put out this messed up leaf. All the other leaves are fine, the only thing I can think of is that it moved to a different spot on the table itās been on. Is that it or what else could have caused this?
How common is it for a Ring of Fire to throw out a whole leaf like this? When it first unfurled I kind of assumed it would darken and turn green as it hardened, but itās been a couple weeks! And the new one thatās unfurling looks really cool too, Iāll post a follow up in the comments.
Got this philo mican today !! She is so pretty !! Any tips on growing her ? She will get bright indirect light and I potted her up in a chunky soil mix and watered her !
