Picked up this cute little Birkin today and shes got a bonus plant growing in her pot. I'm pretty confident its a philodendron...but what ?? Im debating on keeping them together or separating?

My philodendron ring of fire has this situation going on. I’m guessing it’s a ‘flower’? So pretty! Love watching these leaves unfurl.

Please help!! I woke up to my plant having spots like water is trapped!! I am a New plant parent and bought this new plant two days ago, not knowing I was harming my plant I sprayed it DOWN with neem oil and washed with dawn soap and insecticidal soap! The leafs were sticking to one another after so I washed it off with warm water and used paper towel to dry it and left next to small fan on low. I read that I essentially burned it and the water is trapped. In two days it went from so beautiful to looking like this!!! Can someone tell me if now my plant is done? What can I do to help it? Will the water leave the leafs? Should I cut the good healthy leaf to propagate? Please help! Your help would be much appreciated! And boy did I learn a $25 lesson! I hope I didn’t kill it!

Can I see how you keep your Gloriosums? Have a rehab snow leopard I picked up and she has started growing and is making her way out of the pot lol. Wondering what kind of longer pots / planters you use! Pics or links would be awesome. Also assuming she can't stay in my cabinet forever, so what humidity / temps have you successfully kept them at? All her leaves had damage when I got her so she is still a work in progress! 🌱

Leaves just leveled up

Just picked up my first ever philodendron today and I’m getting mixed signals from different sources on the humidity they need. I’ve currently got it on a shelf in my living room, would I be better off moving it somewhere more humid?

My Philodendron is growing like crazy and keeps getting taller. I’ve been staking and tying it up but I don’t know what to do as it keeps growing on top! Do I keep tying it to stakes? Thank you!!

Found these 2 El Choco Red Philos at Publix today. Figured they needed a proper home😁

Hello! I recently came into possession of this, sold as ‘imperfect’, oak leaf philodendron (pedatum). It arrived in quite poor condition, as can be seen it has grown substantially without support - it’s very horizontal. Most of the leaves also have some sort of damage. I’ve only had it a few days but it is sat in a north east facing corner window (UK) in the soil it arrived in, which corresponds to bright indirect light. My question is what is the best way to care for this chap and sort it out? Could I repot now with a mossy pole but angle it so the stem is straight & the roots are not? Is it a lost cause & can I attempt propagation? Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you!

I just picked up these 4 new philodendron ( ring of fire, pink princess, white princess, and el choco red from left to right ) when I finished up at work. My only experience with philodendron is a Florida ghost I’ve had for around 3-5 weeks and an orange prince I’ve had around a week now. The ring of fire is definitely root bound and was bone dry so I watered that. The other three all have a lighter softer substrate mix and were all still damp so they have had no water yet. If anybody has any tips or suggestions for caring for these philodendrons I’d love to hear. Or if you see issues or know any common mistakes I’m all ears. They’re all in 4 inch pots and I have plenty of clear pots to repot them in when needed. My options to mix up soil is orchid bark, potting soil, perlite, pumice, leca, sphagnum moss, peat, and cactus/succulent soil. I haven’t repotted either of my existing ones either but I’m pretty sure they still have a while before they need it.
