So i recently got a Philo Ring of Fire…only to accidentally snap the newest leaf off😭😭 Is there any hope for her? Will she get over it and continue to grow or have I just ended her life before it’s even started? Please help me🤣🤣🙏🏼 Have added a photo of her, I’m sure you can already SEE where the snapped one is right there in the middle😭😭

New to this app Just showing off my 62 year old split leaf Top branch is about 9 feet, and branches out about 7 feet she attempted to flower, but I didn’t have any beetles handy 🤣

These leaves are new and seem to be discolored/almost see through. Any idea what may have caused this? This plant has not been repotted since I bought it almost a month ago. It lives under a grow light for 12-14 hours a day and I water about once a week.

my melanochrysum has been on a moss pole for a few months now but doesn’t seem to take to it or get bigger leaves. it is in 40-50% humidity and under a grow light . how can i help it size up? have already chopped and propped once

What happens when the Man says no more plants… I buy aquarium plants for a while… until Publix has one of my wishlist babies on buy one get one… so I waltzed them into the front foyer, said look how they match the foyer wall color theme…. Hello!! I’m a new philodendron momma and just picked this beauty up at Lowe’s! Just rinsed her off and changed soil to avoid any unwelcome guests into the fam. Does anyone have any care tips or things I should look out for? This is the first plant I’ve bought from a big box store everything else in my collection I’ve propagated so I’m not really sure how cautious I have to be about pests?? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!🫶🏼🩷💚

Got this cutie today! I don't think that new leaf can be saved unfortunately, but i got it from a supermarket, so i didn't expect much better. told myself i wouldn't repot it immediately, but the soil was SO compact and absolutely soaked. wasn't even potting soil, just straight dirt, so here we are with new soil. any tips on care?

My pink princess philo just put out this messed up leaf. All the other leaves are fine, the only thing I can think of is that it moved to a different spot on the table it’s been on. Is that it or what else could have caused this?

How common is it for a Ring of Fire to throw out a whole leaf like this? When it first unfurled I kind of assumed it would darken and turn green as it hardened, but it’s been a couple weeks! And the new one that’s unfurling looks really cool too, I’ll post a follow up in the comments.
