Both of my PPP are putting out puny little leaves. One even came out black at the tip and deformed. Any advice? I just put them both under a grow light to see if that helps. The leaf before these two was gorgeous (also pictured).

She’s so dramatic! Regina is pushing out a bunch of new leaves (yay!) but she looks depressed asF. I trimmed a lot of dead/mushy/crowded leaves last week last Monday before watering, and she’s been looking like this since Tuesday morning. Maybe she didn’t like the trim? I bottom water once a week because it’s hot aF where we are and she doesn’t get too dry in between. Also she was only in direct light for these pics but she lives in a northern-facing window box that’s under a roof overhang so while she gets plenty of bright light, it’s rarely direct. Sometimes I let her sit on the patio in the shade to feel the wind

Hello! I just got a pink princess from Lowe’s. Right now she’s grouped with an Alocasia and I wanted to see if this was an okay set up. The green house is in the corner of a west facing and north facing window. Any other tips for keeping them alive would be appreciated!

My Brasil has seemingly decided it doesn’t want to be a brasil anymore. Maybe it got too Chile.

I just got this plant and was wondering if the roots look healthy. It was a cutting from a variegated violin and potted in soil .

Can someone tell me why my PPPs leaves are curling like this? I water as the top inch is dry. Right now she’s sitting in my bathroom as I’m repainting the room shes is usually in, but this issue started prior to being moved. I have another PPP and she’s doing just fine and I treat them both the same. This one has been pushing out such beautiful pink leaves, I’d hate to see them wilt away 🥲

Beautiful marbled find today at Lowe’s. I immediately repotted due to CLEARLY crappy “soil” to find two completely separate plugs with the little wrap around them so tight the roots weren’t even growing out of them as they should. I got the “film” (idk what the stuff is but it’s like those decomposing pots lol) off and released the roots. Rinsed and separated. They both have hardly any root system but I downsized DRAAAASSSTICALLY as well as kept them separated 🥰

I got this cutting free from the plant shop I went too. It started with a G ? I’m not sure if f the name I believe he said it was a cross of two plants? Any ideas?

Hello, I have this philodendron (hope philodendron I think?). I bought it as a baby and have been up potting it as it grows every year! Now I don’t have a place for it if it grows any larger and have not up potted this year. Anything I can do to keep it healthy AND fitting in its space? Would it survive a split?

Hey planters! This tree philodendron is one of my favorites but it has been recently dropping single yellow leaves, very slowly. They're always the small leaves at the base without lobes... Curious if this is at all natural for tree philodendron (maybe it's droping the small ones so it can focus more energy on the bigger and newer leaves?) If not, then it's definitely a light issue. I relocated him a month ago.

Hard to show this without damaging the new leaf (which I am DETERMINED not to do to this one with my impatience) but we’ve got TWINS on this Jungle Boogie. I’ve never seen this before, but there’s another new leaf shoot inside the sheath of this new (pink) one

Been slowly losing leaves, I moved it farther away from the window because I thought it was getting too much light and let it dry out before watering. Thought?

Help!! My philodendron Glorisum keeps having a droopy colorless leaf develop. And one of the leaves has a weird texture forming. What am I doing wrong. i even changed the original soil and the roots looked fine. I just watered and sprayed them, that’s why the leaves look a little wet.

Regina finally threw out her new leaf and it’s starting to unfurl 👀 it looks like it will be half pink! Also, I did trim that crispy leaf it was growing off of, now that the new leaf is free 👩🏻‍🌾
