Both of my PPP are putting out puny little leaves. One even came out black at the tip and deformed. Any advice? I just put them both under a grow light to see if that helps. The leaf before these two was gorgeous (also pictured).

Sheâs so dramatic! Regina is pushing out a bunch of new leaves (yay!) but she looks depressed asF. I trimmed a lot of dead/mushy/crowded leaves last week last Monday before watering, and sheâs been looking like this since Tuesday morning. Maybe she didnât like the trim? I bottom water once a week because itâs hot aF where we are and she doesnât get too dry in between. Also she was only in direct light for these pics but she lives in a northern-facing window box thatâs under a roof overhang so while she gets plenty of bright light, itâs rarely direct. Sometimes I let her sit on the patio in the shade to feel the wind
New philodendron parent here any general advice? Also is this a white knight philodendron? Iâm obsessed with this new đȘŽ
Hello! I just got a pink princess from Loweâs. Right now sheâs grouped with an Alocasia and I wanted to see if this was an okay set up. The green house is in the corner of a west facing and north facing window. Any other tips for keeping them alive would be appreciated!
My Brasil has seemingly decided it doesnât want to be a brasil anymore. Maybe it got too Chile.
I just got this plant and was wondering if the roots look healthy. It was a cutting from a variegated violin and potted in soil .
Can someone tell me why my PPPs leaves are curling like this? I water as the top inch is dry. Right now sheâs sitting in my bathroom as Iâm repainting the room shes is usually in, but this issue started prior to being moved. I have another PPP and sheâs doing just fine and I treat them both the same. This one has been pushing out such beautiful pink leaves, Iâd hate to see them wilt away đ„Č
Trimmed off some of the smaller leaves and seems to have jumpstarted new growth! My Lickety Split is filling out more
My dragon scale is thriving! 5 to 8 leaves !
Beautiful marbled find today at Loweâs. I immediately repotted due to CLEARLY crappy âsoilâ to find two completely separate plugs with the little wrap around them so tight the roots werenât even growing out of them as they should. I got the âfilmâ (idk what the stuff is but itâs like those decomposing pots lol) off and released the roots. Rinsed and separated. They both have hardly any root system but I downsized DRAAAASSSTICALLY as well as kept them separated đ„°
I got this cutting free from the plant shop I went too. It started with a G ? Iâm not sure if f the name I believe he said it was a cross of two plants? Any ideas?
Hello, I have this philodendron (hope philodendron I think?). I bought it as a baby and have been up potting it as it grows every year! Now I donât have a place for it if it grows any larger and have not up potted this year. Anything I can do to keep it healthy AND fitting in its space? Would it survive a split?
Looks great on the ends but poor in the center? Pot is very small, maybe needs repotted?
Hey planters! This tree philodendron is one of my favorites but it has been recently dropping single yellow leaves, very slowly. They're always the small leaves at the base without lobes... Curious if this is at all natural for tree philodendron (maybe it's droping the small ones so it can focus more energy on the bigger and newer leaves?) If not, then it's definitely a light issue. I relocated him a month ago.
Hard to show this without damaging the new leaf (which I am DETERMINED not to do to this one with my impatience) but weâve got TWINS on this Jungle Boogie. Iâve never seen this before, but thereâs another new leaf shoot inside the sheath of this new (pink) one
Been slowly losing leaves, I moved it farther away from the window because I thought it was getting too much light and let it dry out before watering. Thought?
Help!! My philodendron Glorisum keeps having a droopy colorless leaf develop. And one of the leaves has a weird texture forming. What am I doing wrong. i even changed the original soil and the roots looked fine. I just watered and sprayed them, thatâs why the leaves look a little wet.
Anyone know what happened to my ppp. I usually keep a humidifier need by, could it have possible gotten too much?
Finally getting some variegation back on my Paraiso after a chop and repot.
Regina finally threw out her new leaf and itâs starting to unfurl đ it looks like it will be half pink! Also, I did trim that crispy leaf it was growing off of, now that the new leaf is free đ©đ»âđŸ
