Hi Plant Friends! šŖ“ I just picked up this Tortum at my local Andersonās nursery. Any tipis for this new guy? Iāve sprayed it down with insecticidal soap, but didnāt water it because itās still moist. I plan to repot it in Mollyās mix once itās acclimated. Any and all suggestions and tips on light, potting in Mollyās, watering, etc. are appreciated!

Check out this leaf! This plant stands at about 4 feet tall. I got it a few months ago at two feet tall. It grows a new leaf almost every two weeks it seems. This one in particular might be my favorite.

Hi! Is this a good place for my pink princess philodendron or is it too bright?
My ppp leaves are wilting and I donāt know why. Her she is pushing out new babies. Help I donāt wanna lose my new addition.
Hi guys. These are a few leaves I pulled off from my ZZ plant. Do you guys know why they are like this? They feel very squishy and juicy.
My babies look unwell. I left them with my mom at her place since I had to leave for England for a month and this is how bad theyāve gotten. My mom is moving so for staging she put them outside in the on and off heat and rain. Never tending to them or leaving them inside where they prospered. Any ideas of what I should do, I want to revive them, theyāre like my babies I saw grow from the smallest of leaves and were given to me. I donāt want them to die off. The first one on the left in the terracotta is doing a lot worse than the right in the white pot. I did not tag the other plant.

Hi all, I just received a few Philodendron plants. A Brasil, a mcfolleys finale, a Summer glory and a white zebra gloriosum. I have been doing a ton of research and Iām having some confusion with humidity and light. I have read some that say north or east facing windows are great. Some say west. I am also considering artificial lighting for ease of location rather than finding a window. For humidity, I live in Colorado where itās pretty dry. I currently have them on a pebble dish with water, but Iām not sure thatās enough. I do have large glass vases and thought about putting a pebble dish in them with the alocasia sitting inside of them. Iām just not sure. I am open to all and any suggestions. Humid plants are pretty new to me and I want to make sure Iām doing it correctly
Iām excited to see my burle marx is finally starting to take off. First leaf had beautiful variegation, but the next two leaves didnāt. Has anyone else experienced this?
Hi this is my white princess, iāve had it for maybe 5 months, I cut three big leaves because they were dying and now itās starting putting out new leaves but theyāre all really small compared to the old ones. anyone know why?

Update on my philodendron leaf that got stuck and then broke - the plant pushed out a new leaf in the same spot anyway! It looked a bit weird for a while, but today it finally fully dropped down. Now to wait for it to unfurl š

My toddler accidentally broke off a piece of my PPP. A bummer, but not the end of the world. I stuck it in water and.l crossed my fingers, and sure enough itās grown roots. However, recently itās developed some sort of white fuzz along the roots, and the lower leaves are turning brown and falling off. Iāve tried changing the water and rinsing it off, but it always comes back. Any advice? Iād love to repot it back in with its mama but donāt want to spread whatever it is.
Does anyone know the best way to propagate this lil guy? Should I let it grow more or separate it now?
Does anyone have a philodendron melanochrysum? Iāve seen them all over but havenāt found a good place to get them, anyone know of somewhere??
